This means that Vow of Silence causes this spell to fail, for example. I have not had a chance to test vs other spell negating enchantments like Spell Breaker. I am curious if this is by design?<br /> ; Suggestion<br /> : Since the target isn't being impacted by the spell, why should the healing fail? Not game breaking since the issue is easily worked around by changing target or targeting self.</div>
