I totaly agree with this and i beleive that this would give the guild leader better power over his/her guild. i often find that it is hard to decide to promote to officer in my guild. you want people to recruite for you but you dont want half your guild to get kicked. maybe if you had the leader then a second in command group that could add/remove members then a class that allowed for recruiting and finally a group of people with no actual power in a guild (members). this could add a better loyalty system to the guilds and would definatly help the leaders of guild wars rate and rank player of their guilds as they see fit.

Long since playing guild wars i find that unless you post a message on the announcments board its hard to pass messages to offline people. What if you could send someone a message and have it be their when they sign on something like "guild meeting on the 14th dont miss it!". and on that note i find that when playing the game you tend to miss some guild invites or guest invites through all the spam. maybe if when you received an invite it was in letter form (such as the captured son letter or imperial recamendations from guild wars 1). this would make the invites more noticable and they would be there if the player went offline and came back on. these invited could also be droppable so if you received a guest invite simply by dropping the invitation on the ground you would in a way decline it.

While playing guild wars ive noticed that besides guild capes and the tag you cant really show how proud you are of your guild or show people how good your guild truly is. maybe if some of the stronger guilds had special cirtificates or maybe when you join a guild you get a custom guild sig. ring or maybe the leader could hae some sort of medal system for his or her members.

What if you could log events in a book that you could later review such as something as simple as viewing how a certian animal moves or looks or even weaknessess or things to remember when looking for special items or going to a hard-to-reach area

What if you were allowed to bring your pet through a town with you. Maybe make it so it could heel at your side or lie down if you run to the store butleave your computer online. and then maybe make pet emotes such as sit or heel.
