Gnome Delivery Service (Discussion)
Well, it doesn't have to be gnomes, but you get the idea right? I'm talking about a little delivery guy that can be hired to go and find another player, no matter where they are in the world, and run up to them and give them a package? You could even add such settings as they have to pay a certain amount of money (which would be brought back to you) to open the package (like C.O.D. in wow, only this is much cooler), and the package could be opened at any time after it was delivered, but you would have to pay to open it. Packages would be returned after a certain amount of time, if they weren't opened. As for the actual time of delivery, it should be based on the distance the player is away from the delivery service. If the player is offline, and the delivery time has been expended, the gnome would come running up to them as soon as they logged on again.

; Why this is a good idea
* No more changing districts to trade.
* Christmas presents, Valentine's Day gifts, as well as random gifts from strangers. "Joe Blogs has been awarded the title of legendary guardian." -- then random nice strangers send him delivery gnomes.
* Makes auctions trading a LOT easier (would save me hours a week, literally).
* How cool would it be to be standing out the wilderness somewhere and see a little gnome or something fly or run over to you and hand you a package?
* Cool idea! 1 thing ^^ make it b possible only in towns/outposts ^^ and make it something... um... not gnome =P I think having a separate guy 4 each area will b cool, a Norn crow delivery service, an Asura delivery golem, stuff like that ^^ leave the thinking part 2 Anet ^^

;Why it may not work out
* Programming problems.
* It might be annoying to be getting packages in the middle of combat (of course, the system could always be altered to wait for a time when the player hasn't aggroed anything, to deliver it to them).
* Might be easy to abuse the system, by spamming someone with gnomes.
* I don't think gnomes would fit very well with the GW story line.
* If you're able to receive an item at any time, you could reach the last area of a dungeon, realize you're missing a specific item, and simply ask your friend to send it to you. Maybe you're running low on consumables, for instance. But shouldn't people be prepared in advance before they set out on a mission? Maybe it's better only to be able to receive items in outposts.
* Might open up the possibility of an unlimited inventory size, which might be silly (if you can send gnomes from explorable areas).

<!-- The name of your idea --> (Discussion)
I think it would be a fun idea to have monsters who wear armor to drop these armor pieces for player use. That way, you could collect a full set of armor from a foe, and look just like them! However, I think you should only be able to wear monster armor that would fit your character (i.e. Asura would be too small to wear a humanoid monster's armor). Once you assembled a full set, you should get a buff that disguises you to the outside world (i.e. the monsters whose armor you're wearing will be friendly to you, and anyone who they are enemies with, will attack you). This could open up a lot of possibilities, not only for extra monster towns and hideouts, but also for disguises during quests and for passing through enemy territory undisturbed. As for the level of armor (point rating), it should be based on the level of the monster that you killed, or on whatever criteria.

; Why this is a good idea
* Fun, innovative idea.
* I always wanted to dress up like a Mursaat.
* Cause monsters look cooler. (except if you are a Charr)
* Easier to get armor GW armor costs to much for elite and be nice to look differen't from other people for a change.
* Would be An awsome thing if an armor from a Foe of the same race can be picked up repaired/modded and used!
;Why it may not work out
* Too much collecting of armor pieces?
* You would have to carry around several different sets of armor if you wanted to be able to be in disguise at any time. (but thats based on player discretion)
* Armor drops are just too Maple Story like... GW armor system is MUCH better!
* Monsters get useless, because you can run past.
* Would make people Farm the same Foe for the bits of Amor to make the full set
* Add bots with same build to farm an Foe with A rare armor drop for selling.
* What real person would like to wear armor from dead people (doesn't make sense for picky races or possibly girls)

Master of Disguises(Discussion)
Major towns/cities should have an NPC called Master of Disguises or (something to this effect), who can be talked to to chance anything about a character's looks (with the possible exception of height and exception of gender). This NPC could double as the Festival Hats keeper, as he would already deal with costumes. Additionally, having an NPC as only a Festival Hats keeper is rather impractical.

Dialouge
I have used my abilities to transform many, from actors, to members of royalty, to assassins and wanted criminals in need of a new identity.
; Why this is a good idea
* Some players may decide later in the game that they dislike their character's face or hair. Having an NPC available to make such changes is much more convenient than starting over to create an ideal character.
* It would allow players to match their character's face and/or hair to their armor.

;Why it may not work out
* It would allow scammers to easily change appearance making future scamming easier
Quartermasters Shouldn't Sell Weapons to Their Own Troops! (Discussion)
In a lot of these games you get a "quartermaster" who is supposed to be the guy who has all the squad/battalion's weapons, and he is a merchant! The guy responsible for giving out the weapons to the troops shouldn't be selling them, he would be strung up and killed by his own men if he did. Quartermasters in the game should give out weapons for free, not good ones nesecarily, but decent ones. Say you talk to a white mantle quartermaster and tell him you need a weapon and your in a jungle fighting plants, he could give you a fiery weapon for your class. Having to buy your own standard issue weapon from the people who are supplying it to you is annoying.

; Why this is a good idea
* Adds to the realism.
* Because Arenanet could make max weapons unusable until a certain level.
* New players would have easy access to decent standard weapons

;Why it may not work out
* People could run to an area, talk to a quartermaster and have a max weapon at the start of the game.
* Dropped weapons by monsters would be redundant
