Notes
The effects of this skill apply to non-spell skills as well.
*"Other allies" refers to allies (including the shout's user) that are not the recipient of this shout. Self-targeted skills, untargeted skills, party-wide AoE skills, etc. do not interact with this shout, even if the recipient is being targeted when they are cast and those skills affect the recipient.
*The health gain occurs after damage on skill activation from skills like Spiteful Spirit or Environment Effects like Dreadful Pain.

Trivia
*The skill icon resembles that of the skill "Go for the Eyes!". Also, the two figures below the paragon in the icon are necromancers wearing Sunspear armor, the same figure shown in "Never Surrender!".
*This skill was named "Help Me!" until the 21st Anniversary Celebration skill update on April 28, 2026. See the skill history for details.
*The user of this skill shouts "Help Me!" when targeting themselves and "Help Them!" when targeting an ally.
