=== Voice commands ([[ArenaNet talk:Guild Wars 2 suggestions/Voice commands (voice from your Character)|Discussion]])===

Voice commands - which are used in a number of many other games - help for a person to hear commands such as, "''Attack!''", "''Defend!''", and "''Heal!''". This helps the players interpret their commands faster than pinging. This feature can only be used in explorable areas, PvP, and competitive and challenge missions.

; Why this is a good idea
* Faster battle communication
* Replaces microphones

;Why it may not work out
* Works similar to pinging
