==Dialogue==
{{Consumable crafter dialogue}}

Before attaining rank 3 on the Ebon Vanguard title track:
:''"You are no exception to our rules, <character name>. Every man, woman, and child must prove his or her worth to the cause before benefiting from our services. So, until you obtain the rank of Stealth Agent, please move along. You must understand that we haven't survived this long against the Charr by giving our supplies away to every Tom, Dick, and Teardrinker who passes through here."''

==Consumables offered==
{{Consumables offered|Powerstone of Courage|Scroll of Resurrection|Star of Transference|Perfect Salvage Kit|Chitinous Summoning Stone}}

==Trivia==
* "Every Tom, Dick, and Teardrinker" is a play on the phrase "every Tom, Dick, and Harry" (meaning "everyone and anyone", sometimes with connotations of "the unwashed masses"), and possibly also a dig at the kind of serious names players give themselves in Guild Wars and similar fantasy games.
