Acquisition
You had to take your 60/60 PvP set and replicate the same creation method talking to Tolkano, but inside the Hero Battles (outpost).

Trivia
* Hero Battles and Team Arenas outposts were locked and replaced with the Codex Arena outpost in the October 22nd, 2009 update.
* Despite having been locked, they were not server-side locked yet, and it was still possible to return and access them using the /tp teleport command from GWToolbox.
* This anomaly was very well-kept by the community and secretly used by a few GvG players, until the end of 2024, when it finally began to be known after the November/December 2024 updates, when the game compiler was upgraded to Visual Studio 2022 and the outposts were also server-side closed.
