The PvE public quests allow for something fun to do as a group, and allow for a neat way to help distribute gear or titles, but I feel that the format most shines as a type of PvP quest.. having a public quest in the middle of a PvP area (or in a PvP instance) would be amazing..

[[Category:World suggestions]]
[[Category:GW2 suggestions]]
