As someone suggested in the talk page:

: 10 {{energy}} 1 {{activation}} 30 {{recharge}} For {{gr|0|20|}} seconds this enchantment does nothing. When this enchantment ends, all enchantments on you are renewed.

Maybe make it 2 {{activation}} or increase the {{recharge}} to 45.

Add the deactivation of Enchantments cast on you while under the effect of Extend Enchantment doesn't make this skill too overpowered.If you want,you can separate it into PvE/PvP version.
