:Rework the skill. "For 20 seconds, whenever target foe is interrupted while using a skill, that foe loses 1...3...4 energy, and you gain 1...7...8 energy plus 1 energy for every 5 points of energy the interrupted skill costs."

*If multiple mesmers use this on the same foe, when that foe is interrupted, it only loses energy once. However, all of the mesmers gain energy. So suppose you are a monk and 2 mesmers use this on you. Then your Aegis gets interrupted. You lose 3 energy(who would run 13 inspiration anyway). EACH mesmer gains 7 energy plus an additional 3 energy(1 for every 5 energy that the skill costs).
*You do not have to interrupt the skill for the effect to work. So if you put this on a monk and a ranger interrupts the monk, you gain energy and the monk loses energy.
