Currently 98% of HB teams run two monks, 1% runs three and 1% run four. Now is this balance? Nope, it's not. Please, completely, totally nerf monks. WoH to heal like 15 + conditional 15, orison of healing heal 5, nerf all forms of hex removal, make them not removable, remove one condition at time max. Monk armor buffs give max +2 armor.
