Readem's Issue
;Issue
:The attribute Smiting Prayer is quite simply imbalanced. The ability to both heal and simultaneously do damage is a flawed concept. Especially in a meta where running 5 healer's is acceptable. The "build compaction" in SoH alone, allows teams to drop a player for another healer. They virtually have no energy problems, due to castigation signet (and free attribute points to spend in any line of energy management they fancy). They are also able to run virtually any utility/Elite in the game, within reason. Similar to the paragon class, they simply grow increasingly more powerful as their numbers increase.
;Suggestion
:Nerf Smiter's boon; increase recharge time of SoH drastically; decrease energy gain of Castigation Signet; lower damage of smite hex.
