Concluding the [[primary quest]] [[A Deal's a Deal]] will bring the party here. That quest is the only way to unlock access to this outpost. The doors from [[Joko's Domain]] that lead in are closed until the completion of that quest.<br />

*It is possible to get a runner to run you to this outpost; however, the runner needs [[A Deal's a Deal]] in their [[Quest Log]].<br />
**Alternatively, provided that at least one player has completed the aforementioned quest, the entrance to the Bone Palace from The Alkali Pan will be open, allowing access to those runners who can pass through [[The Shattered Ravines]].<br />
