The [[Consulate]], also referred to as the '''Istani Consulate''', appears to be the seat of power of the [[Istan]]i [[Governments of Tyria|government]]. Affairs related to matters of state and security are conducted here, including public hearings and tribunals. [[Elder Suhl]] is currently the appointed leader of Istan's Council of Elders and [[Assistant Hahnna]] assists him in managing day-to-day affairs.<br />
