Head northwest out of [[Honur Hill]] in [[The Mirror of Lyss]] towards the second closest [[Resurrection Shrine]]. Watch the wall; it will crumble as you near it, revealing the entrance to this outpost. It is to the right of this Resurrection Shrine.<br />
