The group of bureaucrats, as long as there are at least 2, form the arbitration committee, who are the final arbiters on the English language Guild Wars Wiki of user conduct (but not content decisions), including that of administrators. Bureaucrats are elected by the wiki community.

The scope of the arbitration committee is based on the adminship policy and is detailed in the arbitration policy. Issues of user conduct which are not covered by policy or could not be resolved by their application are to be decided upon by the PAGENAME.

Requests for arbitration can be made at Guild Wars Wiki:Arbitration committee/Requests, where one can also find a list of current cases.
