Ridiculously disruptive, trolling behavior of [[User:Karlos]], most recently regarding the IRC channel, but extending to childish behavior in general (including, but not limited to, pestering and spamming the admin noticeboard after inciting several supposed attacks). A casual glance at [[User talk:Karlos]] shows how wide-spread the disruption is... and how many people he goes out of his way to antagonize.
