New page

Well, it looks like I've been nominated, and I accept it, so I suppose I should write some sort of candidate statement. I was pretty pleasantly surprised by the support in the [[Guild Wars Wiki:Elections/2007-08 bureaucrat election/Tanetris|last election]] (for anyone new, feel free to read my candidate statement there, too), so I'll be fascinated how this one turns out.

So what have I been doing since August that makes me valuable to the wiki? I still keep an eye on Recentchanges and try to poke my head in where I can be useful. Sometimes it's offering a compromise or fresh perspective on a talk page, sometimes it's a minor fix-up of some obscure article, and sometimes it's a crusade to build up a group of articles that I think needs it. While I'm still not really a prolific editor (~700 edits for those who care), I like to think my edits are quality over quantity. Others are, of course, free to agree or disagree with that perspective.

If anyone has any questions for me, feel free to leave them on the talk page and I'll attempt to respond. - [[User:Tanetris|Tanetris]] 17:41, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
