====Candidate statement====
Any ordinary contributor has the ability to revert vandalism, enforce policy, etc but I think that having a greater number of sysops would greatly help against the spate of vandalism we have been experiencing lately.

I guess a benefit of having me as a sysop would be that I am in a very different time zone (GMT +10) from the majority of sysops. I check the wiki at least every half an hour and have over three thousand articles on my watchlist so I revert a lot of "late night" vandalism. I also have experience as admin/moderator for other online communities and consider myself very well-versed in Guild Wars Wiki policy.

But, like the others have said, I don't think a candidate statement should be relied upon when casting a vote, but rather your dealings with a person, their contributions and their activity.
