[[HSR]] is a shorthand for the "halves skill [[Recharge time|recharge]]" modification that can be found on any [[weapon]]; it affects only [[spell]]s.

== Acquisition ==
''HSR'' modifications come in three types:
* All but a few [[Staff|Staves]] carry an [[inherent]] recharge reduction with a maximum chance of 20%.
* [[Wand]]s and [[focus item]]s can carry HSR for a specific [[attribute]], which also maxes out at a 20% chance.
* Any weapon can carry a generic HSR [[inscription]] that affects all spells; this maxes out at 10%.
