== Differences from 2012 ==
*Due to a [[Talk:Halloween 2013#Missing Something|bug]], the following began on the second day of the festival instead of on the first day:
**[[Player versus Environment|PvE]] [[foe]]s started [[drop]]ping [[Trick-or-Treat Bag]]s.
**With the exception of the [[Ghoulish Accessory Token]]-related [[Non-player character|NPCs]] (i.e. [[Gul Terror]], [[Malavaka]], [[Aahtan]], and [[Erulis]]), [[#NPCs|Halloween NPCs]] (e.g. [[#Collectors|Horseman collectors]], [[Bruce the Herald]], and [[Mad King's Guard]]s) began appearing.
***[[Costume Brawl]] opened after [[Bobby]] began appearing.

The opposing [[Guild Lord]] drops 10 Trick-or-Treat Bags for each player of the winning team when he dies. To prevent exploitation, no rewards are offered if (a) the match ends after 28 minutes without either side killing a Guild Lord or (b) the battle ends in under 5 minutes (e.g. due to one team [[resign]]ing or [[zoning]]).
