[[Justiciar Thommis]] is an important [[White Mantle]] member, and one of its founders. He saw his allies murdered and [[Saul D'Alessio]] kidnapped by the [[Mursaat]], but chose to remain silent and instead become one of the most influential people in [[Kryta]].

Following the events of the [[Divinity Coast]] mission, his brother [[Justiciar Rhynnon|Rhynnon]] is killed by the [[Shining Blade]]. Avenging Rhynnon's death is the objective of the quest [[A Brother's Fury]].

Thommis survived the reemergence of the [[Titan]]s, and can be found in [[Slavers' Exile]] under the employ of [[Duncan the Black]].
