*The three [[Giant Tusk]]s can be collected quite rapidly by going in and out of any portal to [[The Shattered Ravines]] with a solo build and repeatedly killing the nearby giants. The 3 giants by the entrance to [[Lair of the Forgotten]] are particularly convenient.
