not really suited to the dervish class

you spend half the time casting enchantments

10 Activation = 0.25¼ Recharge = 25 Elite Enchantment Spell. For 15 seconds, whenever you use an Attack Skill, you gain 1 energy for each enchantment on you.(Maximum 0..2..4

High energy cost with low energy payback. Has limited play uses.

Suggestion

Reduce to 5 energy. Whenever you use a spell you gain 0...5 energy (maximum 15) for each enchantment on you.
