Issue

We have skills that already recharge/reduce recharge of signets.

Suggestion

Same Skill stats but with this functionality:

• Your next skill uses attribute level 1-16-20. The skill cannot fail or be interupted/disabled.

Would allow more things to slip through enchantments like shadow form/spell breaker/obsidian flesh/vow of silence without fear of it being blocked/prevented. Essentially any skill following this signet would be the skill on your bar to be most considered the keystone. Unlike Signet of Illusions, this can only be used for a spell every so often avoiding spam of non-elite over powered skills. Justice 07:47, 29 July 2009 (UTC)
