Issue
The 7Recharge time on this skill make it a poor choice for condition removal. Admittedly it seems like it should be a secondary condition remover, not a primary one, but given the condition-heavy meta it could do with a buff (also, Smiting is generally quite poor).
Suggestion
Reduce recharge to 5Recharge time. To prevent the damage dealt being OP, then reduce the range to nearby, or possibly the damage to 10...34...40 or something.
