Template:Note on weapon terminology

From Guild Wars Wiki 中文站
Revision as of 17:07, 5 February 2025 by gww>Zerpha The Improver (The wiki appears to generally use the term "weapon" in the same way players do (include off-hand and shields), whereas the game doesn't. A template allows adding a uniform note on multiple pages.)

Players commonly refer to any equipable item as "weapon". The official in-game terminology excludes offhand items when using the term "weapon", whereas "equipable item" is used to also refer to focus items and shields. As reference for this classification, see Inscription types.
