Hero Usage

• Heroes will use this skill whenever it is charged, but only when the target is attacking.
• If used against a target that is in the middle of casting a spell while they are under the effect of Daze, or if Dwarven Battle Stance is in effect, the interrupt will land before Counter Blow activates. Making it possible to cause the knockdown effect if the enemy is set to an "attacking" state.

Notes

• This is the only non-elite, non-PvE-only, adrenal skill that causes a knock down without causing the user to lose all adrenaline.
