Notes

• Ash Blast does not count as a hex spell unless it hits a burning foe. Skills that check for hexed foes (e.g. Soul Barbs) or skills that trigger when the user casts a hex spell (e.g. Elemental Flame) do not trigger if Ash Blast does not hit a burning foe.
• If used with Glyph of Immolation, the burning triggers first, thus meeting the requirement to apply the hex spell on the target.
