The concept art for this sword
- This weapon is based on one of the winning designs by Andre Roux from the Design-a-Weapon Contest in 2007.
- The designer, Andre Roux, also gained an honorable mention in the Design-a-Weapon Contest in 2005.
- This item was added to the loot table globally, along with various other previously exclusive skins, on April 15, 2025 as part of the 20th Anniversary Celebration.
- This sword skin was originally only available as a non-tradeable promotional version on accounts with an access key given to players that pre-ordered Guild Wars Eye of the North.
