“All Krytans respect and revere High Inquisitor Toriimo, a humble servant of the Unseen Ones. Toriimo ensures that justice is meted out swiftly and even-handedly in Kryta. The pure and just have nothing to fear from Toriimo, but woe to the conspirator and heretic!
“The utterly ruthless Inquisitor Toriimo is the most senior of the White Mantle inquisitors, who are responsible for hunting down rebels. Deaf to the cries of the innocent, Toriimo takes a particular pleasure in the use of fire as a tool of interrogation and intimidation. “Toriimo the Torch,” as he is known, has burned farms and settlements all over Kryta in his unending search for rebels.
High Inquisitor Toriimo is the person designated by Confessor Isaiah to lead the inquisitors.
Previously a subordinate of Justiciar Hablion as a justiciar himself, High Inquisitor Toriimo guarded the gates to Lion's Arch during the undead invasion.
