Lionguard Orrin is a friend of Lionguard Riddik. Riddik wants you to find him since Orrin is needed to guard the gate. He supposes him to be attempting to flirt with Miraba despite the fact that, according to Riddik, she is not interested in him. Miraba herself says that he is always ducking his debts and duties, but that he could be something special if he actually put his mind to it.
