Occasionally, there will be an existing history that has not been linked to the main article properly; evidently if you find such a page, do not create a second history page, just update the existing one. (e.g. Aura of the Lich/Skill history) Add each subsequent change, linking to feedback page (Category:Updates) in the section headings. Include the "original" skill description. Recalling that GuildWiki was around two years earlier than GWW, the earliest available skill information on this wiki may not include the earliest updates and originals. Check on GuildWiki (skill information after 2007 was stored on "Template:<skill name>" Skill history of a skill that has not changed should be marked with {{unchanged skill history}}, and a link from the skill page is not required. For PvP articles, the original listing should be the skill description at the time of the split, regardless of which version (PvE or PvP) underwent the rebalance change. The | categorize = n parameter has to be set in each {{Skill infobox}} on skill history pages and pages of skills that have been removed from the game to prevent it from appearing on current skill tables such as List of elite skills. Snippets Include these on the main article, to link to its history page. Use the first version if only the raw numbers have changed (e.g. duration, energy cost); use the second if the functionality has changed. Guild Wars Wiki:Formatting/Skills Check for out of date information on the current skill page after updates - use GWW:SKILLS#Skill progression as a reference and update the {{skill progression}} when needed. Skills removed from the game When an update such as September 13, 2012 takes out the split for a single version only (like Lightning Orb (PvP)), apply {{historical content}} and also update the {{historical content nav}}.
