Notes

Anomaly.Unlike Distracting Blow, Distracting Strike deals a damage packet of zero rather than no damage.

• The interrupted skill will be disabled for 30 seconds if its recharge is less than that amount. If its normal recharge is longer than 30 seconds, there is no additional disabling effect.
• Unlike Distracting Blow, Order of Pain as well as Soul Taker will increase the damage dealt, and Barbs will trigger.
