Dervish

• Avatar skills: increased recharge to 20 seconds.
• File:Avatar of Balthazar.jpg Avatar of Balthazar: decreased Burning duration to 3 seconds.
• File:Dust Cloak (PvP).jpg Dust Cloak (PvP): split for PvP; increased recharge to 10 seconds.
• File:Harrier's Grasp.jpg Harrier's Grasp: decreased Cripple duration to 2...9 seconds.
• File:Lyssa's Haste (PvP).jpg Lyssa's Haste (PvP): split for PvP; increased recharge to 25 seconds.

Elementalist

• Blinding Flash: decreased Energy cost to 10.
