Behemoth Jaws are obtained from Root Behemoths found in the Maguuma Jungle.

Farming
Dry Top
Enter from Tangle Root, there are a group of 2 and a group of 3 Root Behemoths immediately to the right with no other enemies. Just kill them and rezone. Very occasionally a group of 3 submerged Thorn Devourers and Fevered Devourers may spawn around the group of 3 Root Behemoths.
