The Exquisite Surmia Carving is an item dropped from Murakai's Chest at the end of the Cathedral of Flames dungeon after defeating Murakai.
This item is required to claim your reward for the Temple of the Damned quest.
Acquisition
- Depths of Tyria
- Cathedral of Flames
- Murakai's Chest (Guaranteed drop)
- Cathedral of Flames
Notes
- Surmia was an Ascalonian city captured by the Charr.
- Resembles a Titan, which the Charr once worshipped as gods.
- Unlike the Hammer of Kathandrax and Prismatic Gelatinous Material quest items, acquiring this quest item without completing the Cathedral of Flames dungeon (e.g. from another player via trade or from one of your other characters via storage) does not complete the Temple of the Damned quest.
