- Deathly Swarm is rather similar to Chain Lightning. It is a non-projectile spell with standard spell range. It does not immediately strike target foe (as most spells do), there is a delay before doing so.
- 1 second after spell activation, the spell triggers on the target foe.
- 2 seconds after spell activation, the spell triggers on a second foe in the area of the primary target.
- 3 seconds after spell activation, the spell triggers on a third foe in the area of the secondary target.
- The casting animation resembles a pentagram around the target.

- During early development, this skill was called 'Vile Swarm', as mentioned by an alpha tester in the Photics e-zine Issue #5[1].
