Hero Usage
- Heroes only use this skill to remove conditions; they will not cast Dismiss Condition on enchanted allies just to heal.
Notes
- This skill removes the condition before applying any healing, which allows it to heal at full strength when removing Deep Wound.
- Dismiss Condition always heals enchanted targets, whether a condition is removed or not.
