Notes

• Party members and allies suffer this effect while in Nightfallen Jahai.
• Edge of Reason only affects skills that would begin recharging normally (if a skill is successfully activated or the caster is interrupted or knocked down). It has no effect if a skill is disabled by other means, such as when using Blackout or a skill that disables itself, or when a spell is interrupted by Magebane Shot.
• Under certain circumstances, instantly recharged skills can bypass the effect (e.g. Signet of Sorrow or Soul Twisting).

Bug."Halves skill recharge" and Glyph of Renewal do not work at all while under this effect.
