According to lore provided to Asian websites,^[1] Foti was a renowned healer known for his excellent medical skills and wisdom during the reign of King Edward, the great-grandson of King Doric. When plague struck the lands after King Edward offended Dwayna, he pleaded with the monarch to beg forgiveness from the gods, but was ignored.

Notes

It is unclear whether Foti can be assumed canon, as only some parts of Asian promotional lore for Abaddon was confirmed later in Guild Wars 2.
