Mount Qinkai Speed Clear, or (MQSC), is a fast luxon faction farm (FFF) which uses separated teams of Vow of Strength Dervishes to quickly vanquish Mount Qinkai from Aspenwood Gate. Faction is earned by speaking to a Luxon Priest and paying 100g to receive their blessing, and upon killing all foes in the instance.

Rewards

~10.4k Luxon Faction every 2-7 Minutes (depending on team size and experience)

Quest Influences

  • (Optional) A Favor Returned -- Despawns all of yeti cave and yeti hall, allowing for faster runs.
  • Abandon Return of the Yeti -- Spawns a warrior boss inside of yeti cave with Self Heal slowing down the run.

MQSC Zones

While routes will vary depending on number of players and builds, the map is often divided into zones. Each zone corresponds with a route if the team were to split into 8 solo routes:

Yeti Route

Wallows

  • W1: The Western 2 wallow clusters and wallow patrols, found in the left center of the map.
  • W2: The Easter 2 wallow clusters and wallow patrols, found in the right center of the map.

Beach

  • Lake: Clears the 2 large Naga groups in the lake at the top center of the map.
  • Beach: Pulls 2 Naga groups into Kayali the Brave, then kills all 3 Naga groups located on the beach.
  • Beach Clean up: The 2 wallow patrols and 2 oni spawns at the very bottom of the map.
  • Lake Clean Up: Naga by bridge → Yeti Hall

Notes

  • In between runs, the group will usually go to Cavalon or to the guild hall to donate faction.
  • Title Progression is doubled only when faction is spent to unlock allegiance skills or donated to the guild/alliance.
  • Occasionally a Tiger may cause Oni to spawn without players needing to walk by them. If this happens, the nearest split should kill the Oni to complete the vanquish. (see map to right for oni spawn locations)

Trivia

  • Groups used to form in the European German districts, but as of today it is only ran by specific alliances and playgroups.
  • The wallow team has seen the most variants. Such variants include Spirit Ritualists, Degen Teams, and even a Hundred Blades monk.
  • The world record is sitting at 1 minute for a full clear!
