Loose Magic affects anyone in the area of
- Zinn's laboratory in Divinity Coast (explorable area).
- Near G.O.X. in Divinity Coast (explorable area), directly west of Secret Passage.
Notes
- The effect also cancels active enchantments, disguises, and The Chalice of Corruption.
- The effect is applied every 3 seconds, and lasts for 15 seconds (after leaving the area).
Anomaly.Loose Magic only prevents skills with an activation time from being used from the skill bar; stances and tonics can still be used, although they will end immediately. Skills with the type skill and zero activation time can be successfully activated under this effect; shouts remain unaffected as well.Trivia
- Prior to the October 18, 2012 update, this effect was the only method to spam Transmogrifier, Yuletide, and Zaishen Tonics; an instant after they take effect, Loose Magic cancels them allowing you to use another tonic.
