Charr Ash Storms are high-level necromancers in the Charr invasion force during the Rise of the White Mantle. As the most advanced of the Ash Legion necromancers, they wield powerful Death Magic to chill and poison their enemies. They fight alongside Charr Sootreigners in the final wave of the battle for the Charr camp. They are part of the Ash Legion caste alongside Charr Ash Walkers, Charr Ash Bearers, Charr Ash Callers, and Charr Ash Thieves.
