Farming

Griffon's Mouth

Work your way through the cave and rezone via Deldrimor Bowl or Scoundrel's Rise.

The former area is the easier approach since the Centaurs are unlikely to do much besides inflicting damage while the Mergoyles in Scoundrel's Rise have snaring Hexes that will slow the initial approach to Griffon's Mouth by a lot.
