Fleshreaver Nephilim are paragons that can do respectable damage with their attacks and inflict numerous conditions on opponents. When in the same squads as Fleshreaver Harrowers, the Harrowers will spread Cracked Armor on your party so that the Nephilim will both do more damage and consistently inflict Deep Wound.
