Dragon Liches are melee necromancers that use their necromantic skills to transfer conditions away from themselves, to heal, and to dispel opponent enchantments. They deal massive damage with their melee attacks and, when combined with Deafening Roar, inflict Dazed on their foes, which interrupts any spells.
